SarafanPRO Cookies and Tracking Technologies Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small files and identifiers that a website or third-party service stores on or reads from a user's device.

Similar technologies include local storage, tracking pixels, tags, server-side events, and advertising click identifiers.

2. Categories of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies support user authentication, security, form functionality, the storage of privacy preferences, and essential Website operations.

They operate without advertising profiling.

Session identifiers remain active until the end of the session or for the period necessary to maintain security.

Records of cookie preferences are retained for up to 12 months, after which users are asked to make their choices again.

Functional Cookies

Functional cookies remember language preferences, city selections, display settings, and other user preferences.

Where such cookies are not strictly necessary for a function requested by the user, they are activated only after the user has made the corresponding choice.

Analytics Cookies

Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica help measure Website traffic, user navigation, and technical errors.

These technologies are activated only after the user has consented to the analytics category.

Advertising Cookies

Google Ads and Meta/Facebook/Instagram may be used to measure advertising performance, limit repeated advertisements, and create advertising audiences.

These technologies are activated only after the user has consented to the advertising category.

SarafanPRO does not disclose Platform users' contact information to these providers without separate prior consent.

3. Technologies Used

Links to external services may result in the transmission of technical data to those services after the user follows the link.

Embedded tracking pixels may transmit data when a page loads and are therefore subject to the user's consent preferences.

4. Google Technologies

Google Tag Manager is used as a tag management tool.

Google Analytics is used for statistical purposes only after the user has made the corresponding consent choice.

Google Ads is activated only after advertising consent has been obtained.

Automatic collection of Google user-provided data and transmission of hashed email addresses or telephone numbers are not enabled in the current configuration.

Enabling these features would require a separate decision, an update to this Policy, appropriate Consent Mode configuration, and the necessary prior consent.

Contact information and events associated with psychology, medical services, healthcare, finance, children, and other sensitive categories are not transmitted to Google.

5. Meta / Facebook / Instagram

Meta Pixel may be used after advertising consent has been obtained to measure user interactions on non-sensitive pages of the Website.

It must not be activated on pages, URLs, or events that reveal a user's sensitive interests.

Meta Automatic Advanced Matching and the transmission of contact information through the Conversions API are not enabled in the current configuration.

Enabling these features would require a new technical and legal assessment, updates to the relevant documents, and separate consent.

The following information is not transmitted to Meta:

• Free-text entries submitted through forms;

• Message content;

• Passwords;

• Israeli identification numbers (Teudat Zeut);

• Payment credentials and financial details;

• Children's personal data;

• Particularly sensitive personal information.

6. Yandex Metrica

Yandex Metrica may be used for general Website statistics after analytics consent has been obtained.

Full IP addresses should not be retained where the service provides an IP-masking option.

Webvisor and other technologies that record the content of user sessions are not permitted under the current configuration.

Enabling such functionality would require a separate assessment, masking of all input fields, an updated version of this Policy, and the required consent.

7. User Consent and Preferences

Upon their first visit, users are presented with the following equally accessible options:

• Accept All

• Reject Non-Essential

• Customize

Only strictly necessary technologies are activated before the user makes a choice.

A permanently accessible “Cookie Settings” link allows users to change their preferences.

Records of Consent

To document user preferences, we retain:

• A randomly generated identifier;

• The date and time of the user's choice;

• The version of the consent notice;

• The categories selected;

• The source through which the choice was made.

These records are maintained without unnecessary user profiling.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

Users may access “Cookie Settings” at any time to change their preferences.

Following withdrawal of consent:

• New non-essential tracking events are stopped;

• Cookies that can be removed are deleted;

• Opt-out signals supported by the relevant service providers are transmitted.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9. Amendments and Version History

Where a new service provider, processing purpose, session-recording functionality, transmission of contact information, or another material change is introduced, a new, immutable version of this Policy shall be published.

Users shall be asked to make a new consent choice where required.

Technical corrections that do not change the purposes or scope of data processing may not require renewed consent.

Сессионные идентификаторы действуют до закрытия сеанса либо в течение срока, необходимого для безопасности; запись выбора cookies хранится до 12 месяцев, после чего выбор запрашивается повторно.

Функциональные

Запоминают язык, город, отображение и пользовательские настройки. Если они не являются строго необходимыми для запрошенной функции, то включаются после соответствующего выбора пользователя.

Аналитические

Google Analytics и Яндекс.Метрика помогают измерять посещаемость, навигацию и ошибки. Они запускаются после выбора аналитической категории.

Рекламные

Google Ads и Meta/Facebook/Instagram могут измерять рекламу, ограничивать повторы и формировать аудитории. Они запускаются только после выбора рекламной категории. SarafanPRO не передаёт им контактные данные пользователей платформы без отдельного предварительного согласия.

3. Используемые технологии

Ссылки на внешние сервисы могут передать им технические данные после перехода. Встроенные пиксели могут передавать данные при загрузке страницы и поэтому управляются выбором пользователя.

4. Google

Google Tag Manager применяется как средство управления тегами. Google Analytics используется для статистики после соответствующего выбора пользователя. Google Ads применяется только после рекламного согласия.

Автоматический сбор Google user-provided data и передача хешированных email или телефонов не используются в текущей конфигурации. Их включение потребует отдельного решения, обновления настоящего документа, настройки Consent Mode и предварительного необходимого согласия.

Контакты и события, связанные с психологией, медициной, здоровьем, финансами, детьми и другими чувствительными категориями, Google не передаются.

5. Meta/Facebook/Instagram

Meta Pixel может применяться после рекламного согласия для измерения действий на нейтральных страницах Сайта. Он не должен запускаться на страницах, URL или событиях, раскрывающих чувствительный интерес пользователя.

Meta Automatic Advanced Matching и передача контактов через Conversions API не используются в текущей конфигурации. Их включение потребует новой технической и юридической проверки, обновления документов и отдельного согласия.

Meta не передаются свободный текст форм, содержание сообщений, пароли, Teudat Zeut, платёжные реквизиты, данные детей и сведения особой чувствительности.

6. Яндекс.Метрика

Яндекс.Метрика может использоваться после аналитического согласия для общей статистики. Полные IP-адреса не должны сохраняться, когда сервис предоставляет настройку маскирования.

Webvisor и иная запись содержимого пользовательских сессий не разрешены настоящей конфигурацией. Их включение возможно только после отдельной проверки, маскирования всех полей, обновления этой версии и получения требуемого согласия.

7. Выбор пользователя

При первом посещении пользователь получает равнозначные варианты:

• Принять все;

• Отклонить необязательные;

• Настроить.

До выбора запускаются только необходимые технологии. Постоянная ссылка «Настройки cookies» позволяет изменить решение.

9. Изменения и версии

При добавлении нового поставщика, новой цели, записи сессий, передачи контактных данных или иных существенных изменений публикуется новая неизменяемая версия и запрашивается новый выбор, когда это необходимо. Технические исправления, не меняющие целей и состава обработки, могут не требовать повторного согласия.
